The client (“Buyer”) agrees to purchase peptides and other research materials from https://pepsynthlabs.com (“Pepsynth Labs”). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms, conditions, and restrictions that govern the sale and purchase of such materials (“MATERIAL”), which includes peptides for research use only.
As used in this Agreement, “MATERIAL” refers to any product and/or service purchased or obtained from Pepsynth Labs, including but not limited to peptides, proteins, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware. This applies to all customers purchasing peptides or related products through the Pepsynth Labs website.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions governing all purchases from Pepsynth.
All products sold through this website are for laboratory research and development use only.
Products are not intended for human consumption of any kind.
The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Pepsynth is a research chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
MATERIAL is intended solely for use by qualified professionals trained in proper laboratory practices.
Buyer shall not use MATERIAL in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.

Buyer agrees not to use MATERIAL for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
Buyer must be at least 21 years of age to purchase MATERIAL.
By purchasing from Pepsynth, the Buyer represents and warrants that they:
Fully understand and acknowledge the hazards associated with handling MATERIAL.
Possess the knowledge, training, and equipment necessary to handle and store MATERIAL safely.
Will comply with all local, state, federal, and international regulations related to MATERIAL use.
Will not resell, repackage, or distribute MATERIAL without prior written consent from Pepsynth.
Accept full responsibility for any risks, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or mishandling of MATERIAL.
MATERIAL is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties.
Pepsynth makes no representations or guarantees that the use or sale of MATERIAL does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements prior to purchase.
Pepsynth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of MATERIAL.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pepsynth Labs, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the handling or use of MATERIAL.
All payments must be made directly to Pepsynth Labs.
Pepsynth reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Orders are not binding until confirmed by Pepsynth Labs.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
Once shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the Buyer.
Pepsynth Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond its control.
All content on this website—including text, graphics, product images, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Pepsynth Labs. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between Buyer and Pepsynth Labs regarding the purchase of MATERIAL. No modification shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
